We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible.

If you’d like to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 60 days of purchase. You can return your item for a refund to the original payment method.

Return Process

To start a return, please visit whatgirl.net/contact and include your Order Number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

• Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Exclude any personal items from the package.
• Keep your postage receipt and tracking number.

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
